THE T-SHIRT ISSUE QUALITY GUARANTEE
The-T-Shirt-Issue unconditionally guarantees all hand-made and sold merchandise to be free from defects and expects that you will be happy with your shopping experience.
However, we will replace defective items or refund the value of any defective item you wish to return including shipping. Items are classified as defective either when received in a damaged state or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 6 months of purchase.
You can also return any item if you're not satisfied with the fit, quality or size and exchange it for any item in another size.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned in original condition accompanied by the original invoice; items that have been worn, washed, altered and/or damaged are not valid for return or exchange.
- Items must be in original packaging including tags.
- Exchanges are processed within two weeks after we receive return to our location.
- Shipping is non-refundable; return shipping happens at own risk, any item lost or damaged in transit will not be compensated for.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
We will automatically issue a refund to the credit/debit card used for original purchase after validation of the return.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case you wish to return an item for any other reason than defect, the shipping costs are born by you. We take over the full shipping costs associated with defective items and also ship your replacement item(s) free of charge.
Returning is simple: Complete the form included with your order and enclose it with the item(s) that needs to be returned. Ship the item(s) and its original packaging, tags and original invoice back in any packaging that deems appropriately protective for transit. Note that regular shipping can take up to 10 days before it reaches us. Send to:

Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days upon delivery. To exchange an item, indicate the replacement item(s) you wish on the return form and follow the instructions on the back of the receipt. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges within the same price range. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no extra shipping costs within approximately 2 weeks after receiving your exchange order.
The value of your returned item will immediately be credited to the original purchaser’s PayPal upon receiving and validating your return, usually within 10 business days. Shipping costs are only included in the refund for defective items. Customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU cannot be reimbursed by us but can be retrieved through your local customs bureau.
